Services provided, from design, the measurement, to install went very well. However, one blind arrived to big for its intended space. I'm waiting for the replacement.

Ann Marie and Yurii were awesome both were so knowledgeable. I had no question unanswered. I will definitely use blinds to go again and I have told all my friends how great they were and everything happened smoothly and the job was completed so quickly from being manufactured to install was amazing. Your staff is terrific. I did have an impossible time getting the blinds to snap in to the metal clips until I realized the screws provided prevent the fixture from snapping in. I used my own screws and it assembled with ease, but that was after an hour wasted.

I am delighted to say that today I had a wonderful experience at your Norwalk store. I recently purchased a large three bedroom end-unit condominium and needed window treatments throughout. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the store manager, a very pleasant young lady by the name of Evangelie. She quickly assessed my particular needs and introduced me to Alexander, one of their design consultants. Alex had an extensive knowledge of window treatments and was very patient explaining to me the plethora of choices in their extensive product line. I never felt rushed nor pressured, and every question that I had was answered to my complete satisfaction. Evangelie was always close at hand to lend additional support. After placing an large order, I left the store feeling confident and satisfied with our choice and selection. Customer service like I received today is a rare commodity indeed. First, the product is excellent. They had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Most importantly, both the salesperson and the installer were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

The whole process was extremely easy, and the staff was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable in the store, and our installer was very professional and neat.

Wish price was a bit more affordable. And delivery was sooner. I had to change my order as all product was not available.
Sales and install team were accommodating however.

Blinds to Go's woven woods blinds are wonderful and beautiful. I love them. But the quality of Blinds to Go's roller shades is atrocious. It took them more than 5 months to get them right. The only person at the company who truly cared was Destinee Lewis. She would not stop trying until the roller shades worked properly. Like I said, it took more than 5 months.

Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful in our selection of shades. Quick and efficient ordering and it came in on time. Looks great in our bathroom.

The blinds are beautiful and add elegance to my den. The staff, product and service were very easy and very efficient. They tell you who will be coming to your house with a picture. We called the Designer to come to the house. I would recommend Blinds To Go.
