Purchased to replace failed blinds
This was a purchase to replace blinds that failed after about 8 years. We are not impressed by this short life span. If others start failing we will seek a different solution.

Blind Test
I ordered one blind as I have had no previous experience with electric roller shades. Now that I know how they work and how easy it is to install them, I’ll never go back to manual. The process was easy and I got them a little faster than I thought I would.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered on May 4, was suppose to be delivered in 5 days, got a notice that it was delivered a month later, but it was not delivered to me in Los Angeles instead in San Francisco, took 2 weeks for them to respond that the merchandise was damaged and sent back, so they will refund me. 6 weeks totally wasted, I will definitely never recommend them or ever order from them.

The shades are great
The shades are great, exactly as described. Fit is perfect. I had to get a different type of mount but that has nothing to do with you guys, it’s just the frame type. Only minor complaint was delivery took longer than expected.

Great customer service and shades
It was a real pleasure working with Blindster. I ordered three exterior shades and noticed I misordered the wrong size on one and had the chain on the other side. I was pleasantly surprise that they remade these $500 + shades at no cost to me only shipping. They came in and was able to hang them and they look fantastic and fit perfectly. Thanks Blindster.

Excellent Service!
I replaced all of the window coverings in my house with cellular shades and faux wood blinds from Blindster. I had excellent customer service from them at that time. Fast forward eight months later and the lifting mechanism on one of the cellular shades wasn’t working properly. I contacted the company to see if it was still under warranty. A few emails with customer service and my new blind is already on the way. Blindster is super affordable and they have great customer service.

I looked for reasonably priced cellular blinds and found them at Blindster. They were precisely cut and arrived on schedule. Marking the bracket holes was the hardest part but once I got the brackets lined up they snapped right in and functioned easily. The material is durable and the blackout one does just that. The handles slip in easily and are nice and solid.
