I arrived skewed and without brackets. Brackets were delivered on insistence that I stayed home for the delivery, then no screws or plugs. The headrail was re-ordered and with no insistence this time that I stayed home, was left outside my flat for 2 days. I wasn't contacted to rearrange. I have put it up and it works. I had a previous order with no issues but for this headrail and delivery service it isn't a good review.
Had a problem with first delivery. But was quickly rectified by customer services with a new one. We have ordered many times from this company & it's the first time we've had a problem.
