The side seam has not been sewn straight & in the daylight you can see it’s been caught. Don’t like the stitching on the material, too big a needle therefore when it is down looks like big holes.
Quality is OK, in fact we are rather disappointed, the material is very thin and the thermal lining appears to be just normal lining. The plastic fittings that pull the blind up were not all in place, so had to spend time fitting those myself. The blind fittings, whilst they seem good, were a nightmare, two of the spring fittings came apart whilst trying to fit the blind up, finding the miniature springs was a challenge, in addition to having to spend even more time putting them back together. Not the best £550 investment I have ever made. We purchased 3 blinds initially to see what they are like, we have 32 windows in total to fit blinds to. Will take some convincing to buy any additional blinds from blinds direct.

The fabric is great and the blind looks lovely, IF you can fix it using the brackets supplied. We have bought several blinds recently following a house move and these fixings are the worst we have encountered for roman blinds. Even experienced DIYers and Joiners have had problems and so it's not just us! The springs pop out and disappear on the floor and you seem to have to have a lot of strength in your hand / fingers to attach them so they actually stay up when used. Overall, very disappointed with the fittings and won't buy any more.
