Excellent service
We purchased a bathroom blind. The quality is good and what you expect. Also the customer service is excellent as the first blind we received was damaged in transit. This was quickly replaced with no quibble.

Miss lead on the insurance using all the small print to charge you
Use them before had no issue a few years ago, i made an order provided them with the qestions they had aske (smallest size of window) and they cut the pelmet to the smallest size which is too short, i had also taken insurance out but they still want to charge me £9.99 for delivery for a pice of wood that is 119cm (so they are clearly makeing money on the charges), they are currently hidding behind small prints and do not take accountblity, i have been totaly miss lead in relation to insurance, AVIOD to me this feels like a scam and bad cutomer services. I had spent over £600 on these blinds and the want to scam me on insurance and delivery cost when i feel was there mistake. Read all the small print before dordering as thet will use this against you no matter how small the cost is.

We’d like to clarify a few key points.
For recess fittings, we ask customers to measure in three places and provide the smallest width. The blind is then reduced to fit, but pelmets are made to the exact size entered to cover the headbox. You confirmed the pelmet supplied (1180mm) matched your order; a wider size would have needed to be requested prior to manufacture, as outlined in our measuring guide.
Regarding Measure Safe, the product is covered but delivery charges apply to all replacements. This is clearly stated in our terms and applied consistently to every order - we do not make exceptions.
All guidance and terms are available on our website in standard text. We must respectfully disagree with the suggestion that this is misleading or a scam.
