they cancelled my account and took my coins without notice. reddcoin, dogecoin, solarcoin and btc gone. The only thing they said is: we send you an email in 2016. I've never ever got an email from them and so : Where are my coins ?

Avoid this Exchange

Avoid this Exchange! They deleted my account and stole my coins on it while I did'nt log in to my account during 180 days. I look at my email messages, got a lot of spam messages of them but not one with a warning that the acoount would be deleted. You wonder what else is written in their conditions.....

Hands off

Avoid using at all costs!

Been using them for years and they've stolen lots of my coins from my account, avoid using them at all costs. They won't respond when you ask for them back or will make excuses.

Wish I had seen these reviews 2+ years ago. Lost a couple grand of crypto that vanished from my account, with no notice or transaction history in the wallet. Currently seeking legal remediation, but not hopeful. When I inquired about the missing funds they essentially told me to f*** off, saying they no longer serve Americans (even though there was no notice of this and no indication in their terms of use and all their currency indicates USD...). I hope they get their just desserts.

KYC is identity theft scheme.

Their KYC is a method for identity theft. They start the exchange with no KYC and in some obscure country then they move to Brazil and suddenly they need everything down to your social insurance number to withdraw even $10. Total scam and customer service is run by bots. They stole my 0.14 ETH and I have told them to just keep it Im not giving them my entire identity including my social insurance number.

hey steal your money and don't answer…

hey steal your money and don't answer support requests. Use a different exchange, not worth your time. This is a very expensive exchange place, you can't see the withdrawal fees unless you already have your coins there.Never again
