Received a bag yesterday. Very disappointed with quality and obviously it is not leather as advertised. If I can give 0 I would. Please don’t buy..

1 star is still to much. Bought 2 bags from them, saying is an English family forced to go out of business to find out afterwards that it is a scam, the bags are from TEMU website sold 10x cheaper than the actually cost charged. Contacted for returns, had one email offering 10% refund I have replied to say no thank you send returns address and did not hear from them ever since
Looking at to whom can they be reported more to avoid others been scammed

False information. Goods are not as described. Bags are cheap plastic and not leather . How this company is allowed to trade is beyond me . Keep away

Awful bag nothing like the picture

Took forever to arrive and when it did it absolutely stunk of fish was not leather absolutely awful quality not surprised they are closing down they are clearly not checking the quality of these bags before they are dispatched

Appalling- a complete scam. I received a flat synthetic tote bag that was nothing like the one advertised . When I asked to return the bag and receive a refund I was sent an email to advise me to return it to China which would cost more than the original bag.

Do not waste your money. I ordered two bags without checking reviews. They took ages to arrive, their tracking feature isn’t actually trackable, and the bags are smelly shiny synthetic not leather, had I seen them first I wouldn’t have paid £10 let alone the price that I paid and the colours are not correct as they are synthetic they are very bright which make them look even tackier. They should not be allowed to trade as this is completely false advertising

I really wish I had taken the time to read reviews before I went ahead and ordered from this so called
"British family company who are being forced to close because they can no longer compete with the big corporations" What a scam!
Cheap plastic bag that looks nothing like the image on the website and which I could have bought from my local market for a few pounds.

Refunds are only given after paying postage to send back to China! I was offered a 10% partial refund or they suggested I may want to donate the item to my local charity shop!
Reported this company to advertising standards authority as they are conning so many people with their fake images and advertising.

Wished I had read the reviews before I stupidly purchased a lovely leather tote bag
When in reality it was plastic and of extremely poor quality and had a horrible smell to it
What a complete scam,pretending to be a family run company that was now retiring to look after their grandchildren,sites like this need shutting down and Facebook should thoroughly check all companies before allowing them onto their platform
I may as well have put £35 in the bin because that’s where the bag is going

A scam. I bought a 'leather' bag. It's cheap plastic, rough cheap cotton lining. I asked for their returns policy, was told it's too expensive to return the bag to China but they would offer to refund 10% of original price. Don't go near them.

Don't purchase anything from this company. Awful customer service and absolutely disgusting products. This company shouldn't be allowed to sell Chinese plastic bags when they clearly try to pass them off as leather, THEY ARE NOT LEATHER. I've informed UK trading standards whether they can do anything, I don't know. Lesson learnt. Treated myself as needed a new bag and I don't have a lot of money. Can't believe I fell for a SCAM!!!

Ordered what looked online like a lovey soft leather handbag. In reality when it arrived it was a very cheap looking plastic material which looked nothing like the picture and had a really awful smell.
I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing the bag as I realise now this company is based in China mass producing absolute rubbish.
How they are allowed to get away with sending items that bare no resemblance to what they are advertising is beyond me.
Lesson learned. I will NEVER order from Blendapparel again and I hope others reading these reviews won’t either.

I am sorry to say I have been scammed! Ordered one of these bags, it never arrived. Put a comment on their Facebook page and I have since been blocked! Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering!! Don't go near them!

Scammers!!!!!!! Reported to PayPal after a purchase and they responded saying there’s nothing wrong with the “leather” bag purchased ! The bag is plastic smells of chemicals and is tacky and horrible !!!

Can’t believe I fell for their bullshit marketing. Awful product. I have reported them to the office of fair trading.

Another Chinese company conning people with taking their money for a beautiful product like a leather bag only to find it's a piece of plastic, not fit for for burning. These companies are allowed to sell on Facebook and then disappear to scam people over and over again by setting up in another name and Facebook and Instagram do nothing. Do not be fooled. Always check their reviewers on Trust Pilot .. They use fake Trust Pilot Reviews
