Absolutely false advertisement of the…

Absolutely false advertisement of the quality of their product. I purchased 3 shirts and once they arrived after 3 weeks, these items looked nothing like what was displayed on their websites. Totally fraudulent merchandise. Never purchase anything from these grifters

Absolute worst company! AVOID

Absolute worst company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. False advertising, products are cheap Chinese junk that look and feel nothing like the premium advertising. Then when you try to return they refuse to refund your money, make it impossible to return by creating customs barriers and hurdles no one can satisfy and then they charge you to receive the items in their end and if you refuse they cancel the return and you have nothing but lost money and wasted time. They are a Total scam. I'm a discerning buyer and private equity partner investing in companies across the US. This company provided luxury advertising photos and then sent totally different items for a premium price and vthen refused to return my money. I'm reporting to Amex to make sure they are back charged for this scam. Again AVOID THIS COMPANY ... you will regret any purchase from them.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Sizing is a joke. Ordered my size based on their charts and it was really small. They agreed to replace it with a larger size. I went 2 sizes up. The replacement size was just about the same size as the original.
I complained. They asked for pictures. At first agreed to replace it with another style. When I went to order another item they said they made a mistake they already replaced the original so they would not replace a 2nd time. When questioned 8 more times because the replacement was sized incorrectly they refused to do anything but a refund. Here comes the scam part. It costs as much to send it back with paying customs as the refund. Stay away

Bleecker-NYC

Courteous, but powerless customer service team. They
have no authority/flexibility to solve issue.
Very poor quality of fabrics in two pieces ordered.
Will not give full refund, but offer 20% back because they have custom fees!!
They offered I keep items. The dress and blouse are of such poor quality I would be embarrassed to donate!

Worst product quality made in China

Worst product with the worst return policy

Clothing made in China doesn’t look anything like they advertise, inferior quality at best

Here’s what I wrote to them …

Hi, interesting enough I just received the products ordered through your firm and must say none look on par with the associated advertising. I wouldn’t wear the jacket, sweater or long sleeve casual shirt, they look like anything else manufactured in China. I usually pay close attention and was duped by Bleecker's advertising.

Now to the cumbersome return process using the customary term time is money, my time is too valuable to waste it with your ridiculous return process.

Instead I will donate it to my local clothe the homeless group that I typically use knowing that it will be appreciated.

For me, no insult intended to the homeless, I can’t believe I ordered this crap for myself; needless to say none of it pairs well with my Zegna linen or suede casual shoes or even my Travis Matthew shoes.

Instead I’ll warn others not to order the inferior products being peddled by Bleecker, none of it looks like what’s being ordered.

Poor Quality

I ordered a summer dress. When I received the dress, it wasn't the quality and it didn't fit as I expected. I spent $44.95 for the item which the ad said that was the sale price. In the ad it mentioned items can be returned. I emailed them to get return instructions. They replied saying returns cost between $25 -$40. They gave me the option of me receiving a 10% refund or a free replacement or select a new item with a shipping fee of $11.50. There was a red flag when I said I will dispute the charge. They warned me not to!

A Complete and Total Fraud

I am submitting this complaint to report what I believe to be an organized internet fraud operation conducted by a company calling itself Bleecker New York. Given the sophistication of the scheme, its possible ties to foreign actors, and its use of artificial intelligence to deceive American consumers at scale, I believe this matter warrants federal attention beyond standard consumer protection channels.

Bleecker New York operates a fraudulent e-commerce website that falsely presents itself as a U.S.-based retail boutique in New York City. The company runs paid advertising campaigns on major social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, using AI-generated images of storefronts, products, and American-looking consumers to establish a false identity and build consumer trust.

In reality, the company has no U.S. retail presence. All orders are shipped directly from what appears to be a warehouse or factory in China. Products arrive without interior labeling and are materially different from their online representations. The company's advertised return policy is structured to be financially prohibitive, effectively preventing consumers from obtaining refunds.

I am concerned that this operation may represent a coordinated effort — potentially with foreign government involvement — to systematically defraud American consumers through deceptive digital commerce.

Don’t buy from this company

I ordered a mens long sleeve pullover shirt. Didn’t realize that it would come from China. Took over 3 weeks to be delivered. The product was of poor quality. Material was cheap and not worth the price. Hard to find a physical address in New York. Return policy is a joke. You have to ship it back to China at your cost. The website does not have customer reviews. Don’t buy anything from this company!

Was sent a shirt that was an obviously returned item, wrinkled, not true sized. Tried to return the shirt was told that the return process didn’t cover shipping or customs charges,( their warehouse is in China) offered a “free” replacement for $21.95 shipping fee, and I could give the defective shirt to a friend?

Garbage

Garbage, paper thin, don't go by the pictures on their website. Don't be fooled by the advertisement. It's not coming from NYC. It's probably from China. The article of clothing I was fooled by cost $45, probably worth $1.50, also they promise complete 30 day return but don't mention its going back to China ,so the cost for you to return it is more than the purchase price....SAVE YOUR MONEY

Terrible clothing

Terrible clothing. Made cheap. Don't trust the "easy returns", or the money back guarantee. Their return policy is a scam. You must send the product to China if you return it. At your own expense. They only refund 85% of total cost. Don't waste your time or Money.
