Never received product or money back

I paid in advance, never received a confirmation or the product. The company is completely ghosting me via Mail and whenever I do reach somebody on the phone, the agent says "I will forward your complaint and somebody will get back to you". Nobody has gotten back to me to this day... After contacting the company multiple times, I have now escalated the issue via Paypal. I hope to get my money back.

Now, I checked the reviews on trustpilot... and know how to do better in the future. :(
