Don't waste your money on this crap I used all 4 pola day syringes and didn't change my teeth colour one bit just left me with sore teeth and gums

Absolutely shocking customer service!

Ordered on 30th September. Chased after two weeks was told by "Mark" it was shipped on 2nd October and to wait 16 business days. Waited 22 days, emailed twice chasing. Ignored. Emailed again on 5th November asking for a refund. Mark responded with no apology or explanation just saying that the order was shipped on the 23rd of October 3 weeks after I ordered.

I had to order from another company. And doubt I will recieve this order plus the product will be affecfed from being out of the fridge so long.

Do not order from this company!!

Looks like I got scammed to.. no response from them and no gel delivered.

Checked on my delivery via email and received a prompt reply. Product arrived on time. Very pleased with their service.

Do not order from this company or website. Order placed early January 2025 and now February 4th. No delivery but taken the payment. No response from customer service by email. Absolutely disgusting company. Not UK based.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Received only half the items ordered and no response to the numerous emails sent. Total scam company happy to take your money but not follow through with their side of the deal.

I ordered and was advised my refills were shipped on 19th November. I emailed the company and Mark sent me the link for tracking. There is still no further movement on it since November. I have since requested a refund without success. Emails have been ignored. I have never had any issues before when purchasing so very disappointed in the customer service.

I waited 2 weeks for my order and it did not arrive. When I queried this by email Mark got back to me quickly and re-shipped the items. I was given a tracking number from Shiprush and able to follow my items through USPS all the way from California which arrived in 6 days. Happy with the final outcome.

I ordered Teeth whitening gels on the 13 October but still not received these. I have now sent 2 emails chasing the order. This is the 4th order I have placed with them and never had any issues previously. These were for my son. Please send my order or refund me. **********
I have now received these refills after sending an email to Mark .These were re shipped and received this .morning.

I ordered these in error and within an hour, cancelled the the order. Despite this, Bleach Refills have still sent the refills. I have called them a number of times, at different times of day, no-one ever answers the phone. I have emailed them twice and contacted them via their web form. No response at all from them. I will never deal with BleachRefills.co.uk again and recommend that you don't either.

Placed my order on the 1st August and still not arrived. Eventually got a reply to say it had been delivered on the 13th August but god only knows where too because it wasn't me.I have asked for a refund and surprise no reply. I only ordered because it stated UK but unknown to me it was USA

I ordered on 23rd July. They took my money. 10 days later I get an order update to say anticipated delivery 1st September. Nothing on the website tells you that there is this sort of delay with delivery.

Have requested a refund, no response!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY - PRODUCTS ARE A FAKE AND DO NOT WORK. I recently purchased £149 worth of bleach refill products 16 qty of 22% polanight gels. This product is not fit for purpose and did not whiten my teeth. I raised my complaint three times with the company without any response. I have therefore requested a reimbursement through my credit card company.

I placed and order when it arrived it was incomplete and items were missing. There is a signed note inside to say the order was correct and counted which is not the case.
I've emailed the company, filled in the online contact form for customer services and repeatedly tried to call this company and left a message. I have had no response.
I have used this company for years but the lack of customer service has now put me off. Do not use this company

Sent incomplete order, charged us and refused to compensate. Now they have stopped replying to emails. It’s a scam

Ordered polanight syringes Friday evening, received confirmation email straight away; received dispatch email Monday, order delivered Tuesday. Can't fault the price or the service.
The package appears to have been posted from a Bradford UK postcode.

The worst company and service!! Still not received my order. They don’t reply to any emails. Not even UK based. Please avoid at all costs!!

Placed my order and received a confirmation email and only a link to ‘shop app’ to track my order. However that never updated.

After 2 weeks i chased my order as it hadn’t arrived; it states on their website 14 days delivery. I contacted them to chase and they gave me a USPS tracking code - items are sent from USA despite the company advertising as being UK based. My item had been in customs for 5 days.

3 weeks after placing my order my items arrived. 4 syringes of polanight with no packet or anything. However, they do work well.

Now I know their delivery takes long, i probably will use again
