From start to finish - without fault.
This was my first experience using Blakes and my first time travelling alone.
Felt totally safe through the journey. We had a lovely welcome and introduction to the tour which was so organised. The plan for the day was clearly explained twice. The river cruise and train journey were so enjoyable with all the bother of bookings. tickets, etc done by Blakes.
Two of the party were slightly late getting back to the coach for the return home journey so David (our driver) drove along the route we had been given and he spotted the two passengers who looked very relieved to see him. So thankyou Blakes for my first trip with you. Look forward to my first holiday with you in September.

We have used Blakes for a little over 4 years now for our stationery needs and recently our workwear needs. We can not fault their service, nothing is too much trouble.
