This review reflects my personal…

This review reflects my personal experience with this online coaching service.

I decided to hire the premium coaching after relating strongly to one of the success stories that was shared publicly. The service advertised intensive 1-on-1 guidance, frequent video calls, 24/7 chat support, and a guarantee of at least 50% improvement after 3 months.

In practice, several of these points were only partially delivered or not delivered at all:

Video calls were very limited and far from “several per week”.

Chat responses often took 2–5 days, even for simple questions.

There was little proactive follow-up; I usually had to initiate contact.

Postural “check-ups” were minimal and mostly limited to short walking videos.

The guarantee was a key factor in my decision to hire the service. After the initial 3 months, my improvement was around 20%, and support decreased significantly instead of continuing as promised. Eventually, my messages stopped being answered.

The exercise protocols themselves were not bad, and some adjustments were made over time, but the level of coaching and communication did not match what was advertised.

I understand that results can’t be guaranteed, especially with chronic issues, but when offering a paid online service to people in pain, clear communication, consistency, and follow-through are essential. Unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience.
