Damaged $1300 figure skates

Honestly, very disappointed to hear that a friend of mine bought $1300 skates and when mounting the blade, Bill has slipped with the drill and damaged the skate. This was not seen until my friend drove home (to SA), as Bill quickly boxed it up so it wouldn't be seen and he did not own up to this when she paid for it.

When this was brought up in an email with him, he was very cold with his reply, did not apologise or offer anything to make it better. For $1300 skates you would think that these would be handled with much better care.

I have been researching where to buy new ice hockey skates and I could never bring my business here. I would also not recommend anyone else to purchase from this business!

As well as the unprofessional handling of the above incident - Bill said he had sharpened the skates but they were in fact, not sharpened.
