My New 1200 GT Explorer was showing cracks in the tread area. Service took photos and spoke to Triumph. Tyres are not normally covered but Triumph on this occasion authorised a replacement. Blade even though very busy , squeezed my bike in and the Technicians came up trumps.
Well done to all , well impressed.

I have been a customer of Blade Honda and Triumph for many years, going back to when it was Knotts Motorcycles. Throughout that time, I have always found the staff friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help.
Rob Haywood, the Head of Business, is always available for a chat, and the entire team—from the service department to the sales staff—are equally welcoming. One person I’d particularly like to mention is Carl Brookes. Countless times, I’ve dropped into the showroom for a coffee and a chat, and Carl is always happy to listen and talk about my next bike.
Recently, my Honda NT1100 reached the end of its PCP deal, and it was time to find a new bike. I had been considering various makes and models, unsure of what would be right for me. During a visit to Blade, Carl suggested the NC750X, saying it ticked all the boxes I had mentioned. To say I’m pleased with it would be an understatement—I absolutely love it. I also traded in my 411 Himalayan and was given a very fair price.
I couldn’t wish for better service from any dealership. Whether it’s for a coffee or just a walk around the showroom, you’re always met by lovely people who are willing to help and make the experience enjoyable. Blade Honda and Triumph have consistently gone above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely poor dealer, when it comes to making an enquiry into buying a motorcycle from them, they dont bother to reply to your emails??
I have been a motorcycle salesman for numerous dealers, a Triumph dealer representative, and I have been riding 31 years, and BLADE MOTORCYCLES are one of only a very small number of motorcycle dealers in the UK I have had a poor experience with, they are clearly uninterested in customers...or whether they sell bikes.. I find this staggering??? What would they be like in aftersales care... I dread to think!!
I dealt with Nathan in sales, and I wouldn't recommend him or Blade Motorcycles to anyone!

Absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a new motorcycle from Marc; the entire process and service has been incredible! From the initial phone call, through to collection and handover, the service from Marc and the team was exemplary. I am extremely grateful and will be a lifelong customer with Triumph Cheltenham!

Back in June 2025 I visited Abingdon Honda to order a new 750 and was told the colour of the model I wanted was on back order until November so I said I would check the availability else where but would use them for service and parts etc,
I ordered my new bike from another dealer and it arrived, correct colour spec etc... all well I thought... I booked first 600 mile service with honda abingdon and ordered some accessories, Service package etc etc. All arrived and that was that... Then I went back and ordered more via email which was completely ignored so I went in person and was told ..Sorry and assured they would order that day.. I left it just over a week as I didn't hear anything and visited again yesterday only to be told.. oow I didn't order them after nearly a month after first placing the order..My reply was Don't bother and I walked out.... total lack of customer service or commitment.
With companies like this you just don't feel like supporting them or giving them your business.
Im now happy to travel 45 miles to the next closest dealer where customers are valued... Sometimes the closest option is far from the best option.

Had my first service done today Adam on the service desk was very very helpful he talked me through what had been done and when the next service is due as I’m on a service plan I asked if someone could show and talk me through checking the chain free play as with this bike it’s slightly different to what most other bikes require Andy the technician was very helpful and I now feel much more comfortable about checking it thank you both
From initial contact, through purchase, accessory choices, part exchange, the experience was refreshingly customer orientated and despite the distance, I shall return to Blade for the servicing, since they seem to care!

Blade Motorcycles Abingdon refused to install a Datatool GPS tracker because the motorcycle is registered abroad (EU). This is the definition of discrimination. The tracker was installed at a different Honda dealer so it is not about Datatool or Honda, it is about Blade. I bought 2 motorcycles from them but, from now on, Blade Motorcycles doesn't exist for me anymore.

Took delivery of my KTM SMT this week from Blades at Abingdon and couldn’t be happier with the bike.The purchase was done over the phone and it was all made very easy. Big shout out to Mark at Abingdon who was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

Second time buying a bike online and thanks to Nathan it was a breeze. Bike came mot’d serviced and they even notice the mudguard was damaged so they sent me one (currently on the way)

Was looked after very well from the moment I arrived until after the service was completed. Having booked my bike in for its annual service it was promptly completed and during my stay I was offered refreshments, various places to relax while waiting and very helpful chats with the staff.

Picked up a second hand Africa twin today and felt compelled to give a review for Blade Honda in Stratford.
From the start fantastic service with Carl who throughout was totally professional, friendly, helpful and never pushy.
The whole process including my part exchange was smooth and easy.
Regular correspondence via email kept me up to date and today everything went smoothly.
Despite the cold and a 70mph head on with a pigeon……great day.
