This is a very professional recruitment agency that I have had the pleasure to work with on several occasions. They really take the time to understand our requirements, skills and experience etc and the candidates they put forward are usually spot on. They go above and beyond to ensure they’re doing everything they can. Stakeholder management is extremely good. I have some great people in my team thanks to Lawrence.

Lawrence and John have a deep understanding of the contact centre operational requirements when it comes to recruitment. In particular workforce management , Mi analysts and support roles, they’ve a great network and knowledge of current candidates with wonderful market insights to support great conversations to ensure the right candidate match across many perspectives.

Go above and beyond just matching a candidate with a role. Really helpful to have their support whilst going through the recruitment process. My first choice is always Black & White recruitment when I’m looking for a new role.

Lawrence helped me into a new role after I was notified the UK arm of the business I was working for.

Whilst there was a potential role readily available, he took his time to make sure the role was the right fit for me and them rather than just pushing someone in just to get a payday.
