The movers did a fantastic job overall! The only minor issue we've encountered is finding all of the hardware needed to reassemble some of our furniture. In hindsight, we should have designated a specific location to keep all the screws and hardware together. The movers worked very efficiently, and with everything happening so quickly, a few pieces ended up getting misplaced. Other than that, we were very pleased with the service.

My moving experience went smoothly because of Granderson and his associate (the son of owner). Not only were they gentlemen, they packed my antique furniture well and moved it 260 miles away in perfect condition. I am elderly and disabled; those 2 men were absolutely careful around me and our 4 dogs. Nothing at all was damaged. They placed the furniture in the new house where we asked. They were honest, respectful, and hard working. I highly recommend Black Tie.

Scott came out to our home for the initial estimate. He was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. He took the time to carefully go through all of our belongings, answered every question we had, and gave us clear, transparent pricing. His calm and helpful demeanor immediately put us at ease about what can often be a stressful process. Throughout the planning phase, Scott remained very communicative and responsive, which made coordinating everything much smoother.
On moving day, Braxton, Renardo, and Quortez arrived right on time. These guys were fantastic! They worked efficiently, carefully packed and protected all of our furniture, and handled everything with great care. They were friendly, hardworking, and clearly took pride in doing a quality job. We were impressed by how quickly and professionally they worked without cutting any corners.

Movers were an hour late,both at the origin and destination with no courtesy call.Loading was scheduled on 5/28 and unloading on 5/29.Movers decided to do it all on 28th and we unloaded at night.I told them we wouldn't make by nightfall.I arrived first at destination after changing my plans,They,an hour later!

The gentleman who came were very courteous, helpful and very professional. We had absolutely no problems or damages to anything. They made this move so easy and actually fun! We would use them again without hesitation.

This was an easy moving experience. The first phone call gave information and explanations. The two movers were professional and took care with each piece of my furniture. I am very happy with the two men who moved me and hope to have them again for my final move within six months.
