I placed on order for next day delivery, received next day but did not. The $70.00 next day delivery was explained in the FAQ after the fact that it is only business days. After a lengthy call I was informed I didn't read the website in its entirety or call or chat to find this information out. All true, but in this case, it was for a funeral, a little distraught over the passing. Thats why the entire website was not read.

None the less was told it was my fault for not inquiring, and I will not be refunded my shipping.

So, before you do business with the only two employees on site, you better cover all of your bases because these customer service individuals will only point out its your responsibility to cover all of their information before you purchase no matter what the case. Oh yes read the FAQ and make sure you notice the expedited costs that are available but not mentioned at checkout

I purchased a pocket square for $15, but it wasn’t as white as the pictures on the website suggested. I decided to return it and was informed I’d only get $10 back after a $5 shipping deduction. Fair enough, I thought.

A week went by without hearing anything about the return, so I contacted customer service. To my shock, they claimed the return shipping cost $15, meaning there was no refund at all. Essentially, I returned the pocket square for nothing.

Adding insult to injury, $15 for shipping a 2oz package in a bubble mailer is wildly inflated and dishonest. This experience was incredibly disappointing.

Would not recommend unless you’re 100% certain you won’t need to return anything
