Prospective buyers beware

Prospective buyers beware. Black Sheep offers no way to control or coordinate delivery dates or provide a signature requirement for expensive items. My package was left unattended while I was away and stolen, and the company’s customer service was zero help. They seem more interested in making a sale that's easiest for them (including a charge for shipping) than ensuring the customer actually receives the product. I hate to steer folks away from a small business, but save yourself the stress and buy from someone who takes more care with your hard-earned money.
