Mixed Experience : Great Product, Poor Execution
I've placed two separate orders with Black Sheep and can share an honest picture of what to expect.
The good: the pricing is competitive, and the glasses are genuinely well-made. No complaints on product quality.
The problem: delivery. Both orders took between 45 and 50 days to arrive, far beyond what the website promises. I only discovered why after chasing support each time. An agent then flagged that information was missing from my orders, details that had slipped through unchecked at the point of purchase and again when the order was reviewed internally. No one reached out proactively. I had to complain first.
When the glasses finally arrived, the second courier didn't bother notifying me, just dropped the parcel at my door and left.
Black Sheep sells a genuinely decent product at an attractive price. But the post-purchase experience — passive customer support and unreliable delivery timelines drags the overall rating down. Until those issues are fixed, I'd recommend ordering well in advance of when you actually need your glasses.

Everything went well initially
Everything went well initially, I had received my glasses and was pleased with them. Except I started having tremendous headaches while wearing them. I didn't realise at first it was the glasses causing the pain, and when I did I thought my eyes just needed a bit of adjustement. When the pain didn't stop as I wore the glasses, I wrote to customer service. They told me this case was out of warranty and I should have reported it within the legal withdrawal period. I do not recommend this company and will not be purchasing again.
Update : i contacted customer service again, after blacksheep commented and asked me to, just for them to say the same thing as previously and not help further.

Excellent customer service - so it's not only about cheap stuff
Shop well located in the centre of Brussels. The staff is professional, special mention for Aylis (5 star customer service) and Guy (5 star testing skills) who patiently helped us - and good to see the friendly vibe among the staff interacting in the client's best interest. So impressed not only by the prices but by the service!
