Warranty doesn't matter

I bought a parts kit 2 years ago never used it never opened it until I had all the pieces that I wanted for the rifle so that I can build it completely all at once. When I went to put on the buffer tube for my A2 build, the threads were not threaded properly and it would not screw into the receiver. I figured it might have been the receiver so I took apart another rifle that I had and put it in no issues. I contact the company and they tell me since it's been two years I'm basically out of luck because I had 30 days to make sure it worked. But they're limited lifetime warranty says that part should always work unless they've been abused and considering I haven't even opened it out of the package and it didn't work wouldn't that be considered at least a part replacement other than too bad that you waited 2 years to build it? Too bad too!

10/10 service

My first time ordering I had a pin left out and shot them a email immediately. Little to no time they hit me back with an new tracking number for the missing pivot pin which came with extras. In my opinion, you can’t beat it. Fast Shipping and the best customer service I’ve dealt with.
