Beautiful product and really helpful customer service staff

I brought the x3 seater cloud sofa a couple years back now & have since then brought a different colour slip covers for a change. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommended Black mango .

I purchased a Black Mango dressing bench from Temple and Webster under the provision the product was to be shipped within 2 business days - as it states very clearly against this product on their webpage. I received the DAMAGED product 4 weeks later. No proactive communication from Black Mango as to a delay. Countless attempts by me to chase up my order until finally a resolution was mutually agreed to compensate me for the misleading delivery timeframe - an alternate bench to be shipped immediately. This never happened. They reneged on the compensation agreement and waited a further two weeks before dispatching the original order when it became available. All of which was not communicated to me. What an utterly disappointing experience, all for the sake of $125.
Needless to say, the product has been returned and my custom lost.

Item was found to be faulty after a few weeks of owning it. The customer service team were very prompt to reply to my inquiry and quickly offered and executed a solution that I was very happy with. It didn’t seem ‘too hard’ or I didn’t feel like I was doing a bad thing by reporting the faulty item. Just quick and easy!

I purchased this Isla winged rocking chair for my pregnant daughter .service and delivery were good and chair beautiful but open attaching the curved legs one of the four screw points was already damaged, . Hopefully chair is solid to hold body weight

Fast delivery. When enquired about the legs not going in they immediately offered a replacement but all was good silly me just didn’t know how to attach it!. Amazing customer service highly recommend
