Bad gift card service in Complete Savings

I have just noticed that Complete Savings is a BHN company. I had thought it was the other way round - that CS outsourced their gift card operations to BHN. I have often had very frustating problems with the gift cards which are supposed to be a benefit with my CS membership. In fact I have today posted a review on CS on the subject Now that I know BHN are the culprit I thought I'd note that here too. Really bad - they advertise gift cards at 20% but when you click through to purchase them suddenly its 6%. Lucky I noticed. Not sure if its deliberate or just sloppiness. Either way, not good!
