took over a month to ship my order

took over a month to ship my order. Then they ship it with a value of over twice what i paid. I then had to pay over double amount of tax as they valued it wrong. Black forest supplements won't take responsibility for it. DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible service and not above borad.

poor customer service

I ordered this product on November 14th 2025. It was placed in mail box Dec 18th 2025. I wrote several times to the company to refund me etc.... but to no avail. Only get AI responses not to my email but to try to sell me even more of what I still did not have! They had no problem taking my $172! But have zero accountability when it comes to communication,refunds etc....So I have not even tried product yet. This review reflects the horrible customer service and absurd shipping that takes forever!!!!!! Even if works. Reluctant to buy again.....

Placed my order on Nov 21st

Placed my order on Nov 21st, 2025. Got a shipment notification on Nov 24th. After a few days waiting on an update on tracking... tracking showed it was still not accepted at the shipper, I reached out to black forest supplements. They told me it had indeed shipped and the shipper (usps) missed the initial scan. Another day or 3 went by and I checked back in since the tracking still showed waiting for acceptance. Same response pretty much. A day or 2 later I asked again... At that point I was told that they had high demand for what I ordered therefore it was delayed. Since I kept getting excuses instead of action, I reached out to their social media team. At that point they said if it doesn't deliver by Sunday (12/14/25) they would expedite a new package with 2 day shipping. As of Sunday, no package. I messaged them again. They said it would be delivered Monday. Nope... it finally delivered today. It took 25 days to receive this package. I might give them one more try to see if there are improvements.

Horrible at delivering items , scams upon refund .

I orderer from black forest a single can of flavanoids . I bought it on september 17th and since 27th september my package is stuck in customs for about 3 months becausr they probably didnt pay fees or didnt fill documents properly . And when i asked for refund they didnt refund me full price , they only refunded price for my item but the shipping cost they did not refund . So i just paid them about 15 euros for nothing , just to see my pakcage stuck in customs for 3 months .

Not sure where all these 5 star reviews…

Not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from but I'll give them zero stars. I have 2 different open orders with this company. Their site says packs and ships same day of the order. Well money was taken out of my account immediately for both orders but when I go to track those orders on their site it says order can't be found which means it hasn't even been processed yet let alone packed and shipped the same day but yet they were quick to charge me. Their email replies seem to be generic computer generated and looks like all customers with the same problem as me receive pretty much the same generic reply. I can't testify to the quality of their products as I don't have it yet but I'll definitely tell you I'll never do business with this company again.

Shipping and customer service problems

I ordered some supplements from this company. They emailed me the next day saying it had shipped. I waited a few days and then tried tracking it. And it said the shipping thing had been created, but the postal service hadn't picked it up yet. I then proceeded to forget about it for a week. Still hadn't received it and they were emailing marketing emails which reminded me I hadn't received my package yet. So I tried tracking my package and they still hadn't shipped it. So I emailed them 10 days after they said they shipped it and complained and they assured me it was shipped. Then the next day I received an email stating it had shipped again. So I went to tracking and now it shows it's in its way, but they would not have shipped it if I hadn't contacted the. So I complained and they said they would refund all the shipping charges, but the only problem is I didnt pay shipping as I bought enough to get free shipping. So in their mind refunding me $0.00 as that is how much I paid for shipping. Ridiculous.
