we saved for a year to buy our moose runner, when we got it it had a flat spot just of center about the size of a fifty cent piece. and has several loose threads. we contacted the company and left 2 messages and got no call back, i also sent a email and it didn't get us no where , we couldn't afford to send it back so we are stuck with it. over the years we have had 2 different runners from this company and they were wonderful

I have shopped online at this store for years, and always happy with their bedding products and customer service. BUT recently they really went above and beyond!! I ordered a very expensive log dining room table and chairs. They assigned a customer service rep to me who kept me informed and was SUPER responsive and knowledgeable of the whole process. The items arrived at the promised date and the company even voluntarily refunded me a very large portion of the White Glove Service because their delivery company was closer proximity than they anticipated. Start to finish a great experience. They deserve to be recognized with 5 stars, in this day and age of bad experiences with other companies!
