I only got 50% of the amount I paid as refund for my order returned to the owner they told me because I didn’t contact them so they will only refund me 50% of the product price

Had a terrible experience with this company.

Having already ordered a ring from this company I was excited to place a larger order, I ordered another ring 'Frostie Mega', and two charms 'Large Evil Eye Charm' and 'Iridescent real pearl'. All of the items were totally not as described or pictured and the team refused to refund me.

The company had obviously run out of large evil eye charms (components of two of the items I ordered) and just used the smaller charm. This means that the ring looks totally different and is much poorer quality and also that I paid a higher price for the large size but received the small size.

When I wrote to the team explaining the pictures do not match what was sent to me they explained that they would pass the feedback on to their team but that no refund was possible.
I think no refunds are acceptable in some situations but these items are not as described, not as pictured and I don't want any of this junk.

contacted customer support to ask if i could have one of their premade charm bracelets in a custom size and they sorted it out for me, bracelet arrived fairly quickly and fits perfectly. really happy with the quality, and the packaging was really nice. it was sent DPD so i got full tracking notifications.
