Bad products! Will not answer emails so awful customer service!!!

Update from my last review, i did receive an email from Black Chloe stating the below;

We called China Post this morning, that parcel got detained by Chinese customs, they will not release it until we pay tax and other fees like service charge. It is about 35 to 40 US dollars, we will know the actual amount only when we pay the tax.
Parcels that are more than $50 come to China need to pay tax, I was told that news, we believe you are an honest person, you wrote the actual price of these items we sold (more than $100) on the express bill, actually you did not have to do that.
Here is the situation now, we pay the tax first and get the parcel but we will deduct it from your refund, in the end, you will still receive about 55-60 USD as refund.
If you don't agree, we will just leave it there and not refund you until it is delivered to us.
Sorry for the dilemma, but that's how it is now.

So i agreed to this refund over a week ago, better something then nothing and now my emails have been blocked. If i try to email them to chase this refund up i just get a bounce back email. So i take it that there is no refund coming.

I will do everything i can now to stop this company from trading and ripping more innocent people off. Report them to whoever i can and keep posting bad reviews until the word gets around.

Please if you feel the same as i do the more people who do this will help to shut this place down once and for all.

SHOPPERS BEWARE! I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my time and money ordering from these scammmers. It is without a doubt the worst online company I have ever experienced. It has been 2 months since I placed my order for 5 items and I have yet to receive any items. My first mistake was not realizing I was purchasing from a company in China. My second mistake was not cancelling my order right away. My review is solely based on the lack of customer service and the amount of time it has taken to respond to my requests for status or receive the product. At this point, I doubt I will ever receive my items or reimbursement. HOW CAN THEY STILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL TO ANYONE?

I will make this short and sweet. I agree with everything the others have said. Totally a waste of money. Sizing is way..way off. Services is slow..not a US company...everything is wrong with this company.

Sundaypop is one of the trading names used absolute poor quality not as pictured stay away I would give negative stars if I could please don't buy from this company not at all wearable can imagine some very rich people laughing with Champagne in China at the people who purchase this crap doesn't come from US website makes u think

I have been waiting months was first told I hadn't responded to emails to unavailability of colour so sending another colour know been told it's been sent to wrong address and I need to go to.post office and find it guess I'll just have to.accept.will never see order

If it was possible I WOULDN'T even give them one star. Ordered three tops, when I enquired about lengthy delay in sending was told they were custom made.... "BULLCRAP"!
When they arrived I was so disgusted with the first package I opened, I didn't even bother to open the other two. The colours of the material and texture were nothing like what was advertised on the website and as for the sizing, they must have been made by a blind man.
When I complained to the company about the poor quality of the items and asked for a return address they said they didn't refund and there was nothing wrong with the items. I continued to email complaining of the poor customer service of their company only to be offered a $3 reimbursement for $75AU I paid.....PATHETIC!!!

Before I ordered from them I sent an email asking why there was not a single review on their site for ANYTHING they sold, reply was "new item". That should have raised a red flag, but I placed my order anyway. I have since discovered why there are no reviews, it's because they delete any negative comments placed, not only on their website but also on their Facebook page. I posted a comment on one advertisement on Facebook to which a friend replied to, next day it was deleted.
I cannot express strongly enough DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Appalling Company

The order took weeks to fill. When it arrived all garments were too small. After contacting them they suggested I give the garments as gifts and reorder. They did not give refunds. After further emails I was offered $3. After I threatened them with sharing their poor customer service on facebook, they suggested that if I returned the goods using registered mail, I could be refunded. I didn't bother. They are just a shoddy company. It has put me off buying on line again.

Worst shopping online experience ever. Extensive delay in posting items ordered. Multiple excuses citing quality made to order. Eventually sent and just received.
The material and stitching is poor quality and the sizing crazy. Big shoulders but allowing for no hips in plus size ! Bather pants super wide but butt coverage minimal.

Had sought to cancel order due to delays. Got fobbed off. Now seeking refund due to rubbish. Am told no refunds given.

This company posts on Pinterest and Facebook under this name and others. Likely cycles names to avoid liability.

Don't buy from this seller.

was not happy with my order, want to send it back and get a refund, they told me to give it away and order again....dont think so, i just want a refund from this company, and i have heard people send items back and they still dont refund , they are a scam and bad quality clothes, think they are operating under different names because of the way they run their business so people still getting sucked in to buying, please dont buy from them you like many others will not be happy with this business

Well Bad is an understatement. Placed the order, took about 6 odd weeks to get order.
We had seen reviews before saying it was a scam. We placed order before we seen these!! found out they also trade under different names, parent company has a very bad name.
Scam watch websites give them an average rating.

Well thought we had done our money. no communication from Blackchole. many others have!
Well finally arrived. sizes are way off, on the small side( all 3 garments!). This makes them useless. would have to be at least 2 sizes smaller, one garment at least 3 sizes smaller.

Their excuse is they have sh!t quality control over garments because they dont make them.
offered $3 credit, thats probably what they paid the sweat shop for the 3 garments.

They are advertising what they can not deliver.
Their claim is high quality womens clothes. far from it.

so their refund policy is 30 days, but when it takes them weeks to actually send the product, time is up!!
It is basically a scam.

Time for consumer affairs.

I placed an order and my money was taken straight away but then no communication from the company. I chased them for information about my order and was given a sob story. The order was eventually shipped more than two weeks after the order was placed and then it took another 3 weeks to reach me. The clothing is poorly made using inferior fabrics and sizing does not match what was on the website. One short sleeved shirt has been made with long sleeves. The whole order is terrible and none of the garments fit. There is no returns form provided and apparently you can't return garments for a refund if there is something wrong with them.
