I was very pleased with the service I received as I had ordered the wrong size, I emiled them and they answered right away and corrected my mistake, by canceling the original order and I was able to reorder.

Got my son a backpack from B101 and in less than 5 months the zipper had already broken. Contacted customer service and they see nothing wrong with the issue and not willing to do anything about it. Crap quality and crap service!

We apologize for this experience. We do our best to accurate share our policies and procedures. It sounds like this item is outside of the posted guaranteed window. While we absolutely sympathize with this issue, we are not able to guarantee products indefinitely. We have found that most manufacturer defects are evident within the first 30-60 days for this item. We have been able to cover issues up to 90 days. We are unable to guarantee this product against normal wear and tear issues that occur outside of this posted window.

Dedication for satisfaction to the customer

There was a delay at the beginning on my return, but considering it was the holiday season, I can understand. What was impressive for me was that my email was returned very quickly with a sincere apology and continued contact until the issue was resolved with 100% satisfaction! The product is excellent quality and I will most certainly order again from this company for the quality but mostly for their dedication to satisfying their customers!

bait and switch, be careful

I saw an add for a youth M ice cream short on sale for $25. I clicked on it and ordered the shorts. When I received the shorts they were adult size, the old bait and switch trick. After numerous emails back and forth they refuse to credit the shipping of $10.26 which is very pricey anyway. I would not order from this company again and I would be very careful when they post sales.
The response I received doesn't address the fact that I did click on the youth medium and landed on adult size, that is not something anyone would expect. Again, do the right thing and either send the youth medium you had on sale or give me a full refund. Shame on your company!!

All youth product will say youth in the product name, and the size will have a Y in front of it. There is never a charge to exchange an item, and we cover all associated costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and this information is posted on our website FAQ. All of our policies are clearly stated on our website and are accessible to customers before they place an order.

Having 2 baseball loving boys it’s safe…

Having 2 baseball loving boys it’s safe to say we are a Baseball Lifestyle obsessed house! We’ve always had a great experience with ordering online and quality. However, there was one instance where we had an issue with a seam coming undone on a backpack. It was a relatively new purchase but outside of the return window. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and helped me resolve the issue. They were kind and timely. I really appreciated their help and love that they care so much about their customers!

I ordered the completely wrong size for a great-grandson’s Christmas gift. I found out on a Friday evening after hours and thought I would have to wait until Monday, but I emailed asking for help anyway. I heard back on Saturday morning and a new hoodie in the correct
size was in the mail to me on Sunday. Amazing service!!

Very slow to process and deliver

My son loves the clothes from here, and they are pretty good quality. However, you must not be in any hurry to get them when you order. They typically take 3-4 weeks from order to arrival; they want 10 business days of processing time and with several orders I have placed they take every bit of that time. Then shipping is usually 7 business days, so you'll get your items within about a month. If you want anything faster, you're better off ordering from DSGs or Amazon and you can get it within a few days.

The response is not consistent with my experience, regardless of the stated policy. I had orders that were cancelled after they didn't ship for two weeks, and other orders that I received weeks after they were placed. Perhaps it was due to the holiday rush, but this is my documented experienceand I have emails from customer service apologizing for it. No need to respond again.

Customer service=10/10

I’ve had to contact their customer service numerous times due to lost packages, returns or refunds and it has always been so easy. They respond quickly and help sort out issues with ease. Love this brand and my son loves the quality of their clothing!
