Terrible experience! I purchased a product and waited over 20 days, but it never arrived. After endless excuses, they claimed a refund was issued, but I never received my money back. This company is dishonest and feels like a scam. I do not recommend it to anyone — buy here only if you want to lose your money!

Absolutely awful customer support, they don’t respond to emails or messages
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with your company. I paid for delivery based on your website’s promise of 3-7 day shipping. However, my order is still marked as "awaiting fulfilment" with no updates provided, and there has been a complete lack of communication from your customer service team despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email and messages.
Additionally, the information on your website is misleading. While it subtly mentions that you operate from the USA, your business name suggests that you are based in Australia, which I find deceptive.
After reading multiple reviews, I discovered that some customers never received their orders. As a result, I requested a cancellation and refund, but once again, I have received no response.
As a paying customer, I expect basic customer service and transparency. I am now seriously considering filing a complaint due to this unacceptable experience. I hope you will promptly address this issue and either provide an update on my order or process the refund as requested.
