Great Customer Support
I had Shared Hosting with Bizzhost, My site was attacked by malicious code.
I didn't have backup of my site, Everything has messed up.
Thanks to Bizzhost support, They have Periodical backup of site.
They Restored Completely without losing any data.

I purchased hosting space and no services at all and finally I got somehow account activated but that time I took somewhere the hosting space and I thought I could use this space for other hosting. THE MAJOR DRAWBACK IS NO CUSTOMER CARE. OR NO CALL/MAIL SUPPORT EVEN ONLINE CHAT SERVICE. So finally there was one option refund/cancel and I thought I could save some penyy on this, so finally no REFUND / NO SERVICES NOTHING!! I LOST MY HARD MONEY. So tell me what should I do with this ?

Very Slow Response in this fast track life, i loose my precious clients due to its lazy support and slow response. avoid this company if you want to join a professional network and start a professional work. they do not have any call support, you just need to wait for their email reply, it may take 24 to 48 hours for a reply. such bad support else everything is good except support,
