No professional at all, be ware of the other green reviews its done by them, they are like a gang...scammer and laundry clinic

I do not recommend Bizrahmed for hair transplant procedures, especially for individuals with curly hair. My experience with their customer service has been deeply disappointing. Be very cautious—ask detailed questions and take plenty of pictures during your consultation.

One major issue is that the doctor who consults with you may not be the same one performing your procedure. On the day of my transplant, a different doctor carried out the procedure using a hairline design that was not agreed upon during my consultation. I was already anxious and confused, and unfortunately signed off under pressure.

The consulting doctor had previously assured me that any issues would be corrected at no additional charge, but he is no longer practicing at the clinic. Now, Bizrahmed refuses to take responsibility unless I pay for corrections. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer care and accountability.

I will be seeking legal advice regarding my rights as a patient. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone based on my experience.

This review is a warning to anyone considering a hair transplant at this so-called clinic "Bizrahmed" – it's a scam. I’m writing this 10 months after my operation to share my experience.

The doctor only saw me for about 5 minutes, during which he hastily drew a poorly planned hairline. After that, I was handed over to a bunch of nurses who performed the entire operation. At the end, the doctor meet with me briefly to give me a few basic instructions. (He's wasn't at operation room during the op).

They'll try to push you towards overpriced PRP treatment with a rude lady whose attitude is as unpleasant as the price. Thankfully, I refused and had it done later back in Riyadh.

As for follow-up care? It’s up to YOU to keep in contact – they won’t guide you or check in after the procedure.

Now, the results:

- Hairline? What hairline?
- Hair density? Nonexistent.

My family and friends were shocked by the results, even asking, "That’s it?"
The "clinic" claim to offer a 12-month warranty – for me, not in a million years. You won’t lay a finger on my hair again!

I’m happy to share that I’ve since had a corrective operation here in Riyadh, and even my initial results are waaaaaay better than what I had in the past 10 months.

They didn’t even take the necessary number of grafts, clearly wanting me to come back for another operation.

BE CAREFUL, Y'ALL! Don’t get scammed like I did. Do your research and avoid this place at all costs!

Last week I had my hair transplant treatment FUE, it was five stars service, I would like to thank Dr Eid for his professional work and the exceptional technical team who spent hours to give the wonderful result, the welcome and the hospitality at the clinic are amazing, I would like to thank Dr Hussain, Mr Bassam for the follow up and looking forward to seeing the final result in the coming months, I definitely recommend bizrahmed for the hair transplant treatment and wishing them all the best and success

You’re not welcome in this clinic unless you are a certain nationality. The doctor takes the liberty to pass you on to someone else.
I have NOT requested a free service I refused to be seen by who ever decided to take over. I was definitely not your target customer.
I was obviously overlooked by your staff and moved around 3 different waiting areas in 45 min.
Also seems like I am NOT the only customer that was not treated in the same manner as your target clientele. Other reviews show it here on TRUST PILOT.

Blackmail? I never asked for a FREE service I refused to HAVE and pay for a service since the doctor passed me on to someone else.
I had the service done in another clinic that treats ALL its customers in the same manner.

I had my appointment for underarm laser, I waited in the reception for 45min.and they didn't tell what's the cause of delay. I just passed this incident.

April 08
My 2nd session (5PM),
there was a delay from a patient before me, so I waited 15min.to be assisted. I know that my laser will only cost them 15min.or less..
Around 5:30pm my treatment started,
But there was one patient after me who has an appointment @5:30PM and was rushing. So they decided to rush my treatment and they let me wait outside for another 15min.just for putting ointment in my underarm and check my skin.

This is not a fair and proper treatment given to me.

My laser treatment was good anyway.
But I hope the next time they will give fair treatment to all patient regardless of nationality, Arab or not.

I did hair transplant, the service is good, the clinic is nice and clean and one of the receptionist called marah was very nice and welcoming all the time.

BIZRAMED is really amazing clinic and contains a lot of clinics worth a try to be honest as well as i’ve made an operation Dr.bashar which came up with an amazing result thank god 🙏🏻الحمدلله

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. Staff are nice and accommodating. Feels like a safe environment which is needed in this facility.
