I'm concerned that the updates that I…

I'm concerned that the updates that I paid for the following year regarding my name and address are still reflected on the annual plan. In the system it shows the update but not on the annual plan. I do like the convenience of the platform, but I need the information to be accurate. I would also like the option of the no-tax form to be filed through the platform. I may have missed seeing this option, but it use to be available prior to the merger. Please advise.

Updated: Made Big Mistake B/C They Didn't Read. Rectified Situation. Need Better Policies.

I would not recommend this service. They're back end team is not trustworthy. Their service is unprofessional. They made huge mistakes.
I purchased an LLC formation that they do not offer, which they shouldn't have even taken my money if they couldn't fulfill the service I selected, yet they did. First red flag that this company is profit minded not service and integrity minded. I asked for a code fulfillment that they do not offer a service for, the code shouldn't be an option if you cannot provide the service for it, my money shouldn't have been taken, but they were hoping to take my money and then hope I would settle for a different code filing. After taking my money I get an email a couple of days later stating they could not fulfill a PLLC filing, asking if I wanted a refund or to file for a General LLC. I responded verbatim "Hello, yes please refund the order. I want to file for a Professional Liability Company." To which they responded with an email saying they went ahead and filed for a General LLC and were proceeding with my order. Upon receiving this email, I called their phone line to be met with terrible customer service which had very little professionalism. No apologies, no sense of urgency, just a laze fare well we will see what can be done, as if I had to just live with THEIR mistake. I even had to ask the employee on the phone if he was having a bad day because he had an attitude. They cancelled my order and responded via email, with no apology, which is so unprofessional for such a blatant and serious mistake. Now I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund, and they didn't even provide any professional feedback on the implications of their mistake as to if the LLC name I wanted to use was now going to be taken, I had to ask them. I can't imagine the headache if I hadn't of called them and waited on them to reply via email.

OVERALL: I would not recommend this company. They are unprofessional, dealing with a long winded issue with them would be a nightmare. Their employees don't have any pride or pleasure in their jobs, it's a paycheck. With such private information being sent to them, and important tasks being handled by them, they've shown they do not add up to the expectations required to trust them with such tasks. If they can't even read a simple email correctly, I cannot imagine the amount of mistakes they've made in filings.

Update: The company did reach out and apologized and quickly refunded the money. They explained why their system allowed me to file a NCIS that wasn't a provided service. The only thing I have left to say is that they should consider making some policies that protect their customers, because if I had not responded so quickly to their mistake, then my name would have been registered under an LLC and I would have had to wait for it to fully dissolve. Which would have been a nightmare and great delay on my business, which I need to use my personal name for my entity filing so checks written out to me for business can be categorized as going to my LLC.
