Purchased a baby gate from them. After it not getting delivered for 6 weeks I received a refund in Paypal which was then cancelled. No word from their accounts and now emails to them are bouncing.

In addition to my previous review, We put together our snuz pod, but stupidly didn’t check the cloud white noise toy that came with it until our baby was here. Surprise surprise, it doesn’t work. I emailed the company 3 weeks ago and i’ve received no reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The reviews are beyond accurate. so disappointed.

Put an order in 10 days ago, haven't received it yet. Their website and social media accounts have all disappeared. They don't answer their emails and their phone line is cut. I think I've been scammed!

We ordered a bed for my toddler on 10 Feb, sent an email to chase them on 15 and 25 March with no response. Their number just rings with no answer. We have had no update on our order, when it will be delivered or any response from them at all. It’s completely unprofessional and disgusting customer service.

2 weeks passed since the order has been placed. no item and no tracking data. Company is not even trying to explain the delay and further promises are not being fulfilled. Agree with one of the previous comments and repeat the same: "AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Ordered a dove Snuzpod bundle early January waited 2-10 days for delivery heard nothing attempted to contact this company on numerous occasions most of which got ignored. I contacted my bank to put a fraud claim in and within a week (last week) they contacted me by phone to ask to take the claim out and they could refund me. I did not remove the fraud claim and I would recommend people to do the same!!

Unsure item will ever arrive - DO NOT USE
Placed an order on Monday 15th January, website wasn't particularly clear that delivery timescales were 4 to 8 weeks! Emailed to enquire as to why this was, and received the following response from 'Jo':
"All of our current Cuddleco deliveries are under. 4-8 week delivery time scale due to the back log of orders we have faced logistically"
I asked whether it would be nearer to 4 or 8 weeks, Jo said they would check with the Warehouse and confirmed:
"I have been informed that delivery will be around the first week of March."
On 1st March I emailed asking when my product would arrive and received the following response:
"Thanks for your email, apologies for the delay with the order. We endeavour for the delivery to take place by the end of this month"
The end of March will be over 10 weeks since I placed the order. Every other website offers the same product delivered within normal timescales. I can't wait any longer whilst they hold my money, I have requested a refund.
I would not recommend using this company.

Our son absolutely adores all products!
We bought multiple items from the website and our little one absolutely adored all of them. After being concerned with whether our order would come on time, we spoke to a lovely customer service assistance who tracked our items throughout the whole journey and assured us delivery time was correct.
It brings me absolute joy ordering from a small business and from people who really care about their customers :) I would not hesitate to order through them again!

Fantastic service from start to finish with Biz Boz Baby.
I was looking at ordering a coat online - prior to ordering I sent off a request for a price match which was arranged quickly without quibble. After placing my order I very quickly received a refund covering the price match, and a few days later received a courtesy phone call to double check my delivery address. I missed the call but was able to call back and immediately speak to the same person who left me a message. After confirming the address my order was with me promptly.
It's very obvious this company is a small business run by people that care about their customers and providing good service.
Thanks again to the team at Biz Boz Baby. You will definitely get my custom again

So far it’s only 3 stars as I cannot seem to get any response from customer service which is supposed be 7 days a week. Order taken. Payment taken. No delivery. Still waiting despite several phone calls which nobody answers
