Customer service is extremely difficult to deal with and very slow to respond.
I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I needed a small amount of bottle labels and randomly found Bizay on a websearch. The price was good, the options for size were suitable and the upload process was simple. Delivery was faster than expected and the rwusöring bottle labels looked amazing. When I need more labels, I'll order again.

Didn’t receive my order
I placed an order on 21 January and received a shipping confirmation on 26 January. However, I never received the package.
On 27 February I was informed that, according to their system, the order had been delivered. It was not. I submitted a complaint through their official channel and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. I have received no reply, despite multiple attempts to contact them.
There appears to be no reliable way to reach customer support. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor communication. I cannot recommend ordering if you expect proper delivery tracking or customer service.
