Your withdrawal system is pathetic. I can't seem to withdraw my funds.
You ask for 3 months bank statement and yet we can't upload a pdf file. How can one image contain 3 months of statement.
Its quite disappointing and looking forward not to work with you guys

they froze my account, suspected me on doing something illegal, and they NOT Letting me withdraw my INITIAL FUND without the bonus, they require me to do kyc for over level 3, i did it and they rejected my kyc, i don't have any other bitunix account, they said i can't kyc because kyc dupe. i don't care about the bonus or rewards just gimme my initial funds, already filed for a police report, just wait for court call. Bitunix charts are not aligned with Tradingview. Yesterday I opened my trade on sell side, while in Tradingview trade is going in sell side direction but here in Bitunix trade is going in buy side. I had to cut my position in loss. After cutting my position trade goes in sell direction. Be aware.
