Very bad customer service, I been waiting 14 days for withdrawing the € nothing happens only mail from "Alan" the money are on the way but money didn't arrive So if you want to withdraw the money the best way is to change your deposit buy some crypto and send it to a different wallet. All the best people

OK, no help from the support whatever. For all they have eMailed to me it could be a "bot". They did send me an eMail saying that there had been a successful login to my account and wondered if it was me. I signed on and the "Verify your existence again" started. That means that I go into the circle again.

Basically,
(1) I can't gain access to the site,
(2) I can't verify myself because it never completes
the verification process,
(3) their support is so "nothing" that it is worthless,
and so
(4) Eventually they will sweep the funds away and I
will have lost the purchase that I made.

It's just that simple . . .

I've been trying to get my account password reset for the past four months with Bittrex....but unfortunately to no avail. The support team have been completely hopeless and incompetent at responding to my emails and when they did eventually respond, they claimed to have resolved the issue, which to this day (25/05/2021), after six separate support ID's, is still outstanding.

I would sincerely recommend that people stay well clear of this organisation...for me and no doubt many others, its been far too much of a demoralising and painful experience.

Company has SUPER high fees. Support staff will mock and belittle you. Refuse to close my account or allow data erasure after a 200 dollar investment ONLY. They are skirting local law just to aggravate me. Pathetic business practice, unconscionable customer service.

Terrible service, 1 star is too much for them. They disabled my account because my locale was not longer available. First I try to move my coins outside but 6 months later I didnt receive crap in my wallets. I tried change locale but still 3 months no response. I will go to make a legal action against them. Stay away from them

These guys are total scammers and constantly barrage me with compliance e-mails and I don't have an account with them. So beware Our USA government allows scammers like Bittrex to exist. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE scammers! Some how they got my e-mail and now spam me all the time

Created an account on Bittrex to fund my WAX transfers and buy some baseball card NFTs. Originally couldn't export the WAX as Bittrex froze transfers, but upon attempting to log on the account later, Bittrex had a message posted on their site that they reset my 2FA, so I couldn't get in. Still have the same number, email, ID, etc. I submitted a support ticket with my info to their zendesk and haven't gotten anything back after following up with their auto-reply, after reading everything here could indeed be a scam..

Understaffed, incompetent, unresponsive. They lock accounts for no legitimate reason, charge exorbitant fees. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Read all the Bittrex horror stories on Reddit. Need I say more?

My country is no longer supported by bittrex. In order to gain possession of my funds, I provided the necessary papers, proofs, and gave my Ethereum address but it has been more than two months since they melted me down. You would think they no longer want to give me my eths. The worst trading platform I have ever known.

Platform doesnt work, havent been able to access my account in months, the confirmation link fails, support doesn't respond. They have all my money and I can't access it. Looks like this is a scam.

I have been trying to get my trading history for weeks now. Opened a ticket and get no human response or resolve. Have not had introductions or referrals added to my account. I would not trust this company. If you do, do so at your own peril. I will wait to see how long they take to resolve my issues with their terrible system and shocking service and such high transaction fees.

Sent some usdt through bep20 yesterday. Almost 24 hours, and the transfers shows at 50% done. Hope i will get them.
Very slow withdrawing, terrible unintuitive app, high fees. Will never use.

Bittrex is not allowing many customers to withdraw their funds, without any legal reasons.  Bittrex disables customer accounts for months, Bittrex delists assets on disabled accounts and does other bad things, not allowing users to access their funds.Stay away from this exchange, I asked them for help for last 4 months they didn’t do anything for me and they stop communicating

KDA wallet has been unactive during 9 days already making it impossible to deposit or withdraw your coins. 250 tokens are missing and the support is pathetic. They take ages to respond and settled my issues as "solved" by only saying that their KDA wallet is under "maintenance" and no ETA. RIDICULOUS, they look like thiefs to me!

No customer service. None whatsoever. Wrote for help with a new account because my bank info was never approved to spend fiat for crypto. It's been two weeks, for the first email I sent to them, plus a follow up days later. Crickets. Stay away from this company. They have all my personal information now and have provided nothing. I don't want them to have any of my money at all. The good reviews of them on crypto pages must be lies. Reading other reviews here seems they are crooks. All that have been scammed or you are waiting for a ticket for more than 2 days and there's no response or have money with BITTREX look for FTC report fraud act now or forget that you will ever get your money those thinking to use Services stop look for another provider this Is a scam

cannot even do a simple operation like sending my coins to another wallet, the customer support is a joke, they will never answer your request, I've found people on reddit complaining about not getting response for more than a year. Stay away of it!!

Sent a transaction to them on Dec 30th, didn't see the funds show up and opened a ticket (#2029895). Today on April 29th I STILL don't have access to my funds. Very poor customer support. I would not recommend Bittrex with so many better choices out there.
