Not slow like other websites I Purchased from in the past. They sent package same day I ordered and received 4 days later from Korea. I had the Sulwhasoo serum. No issues at all with the Bitterhoney site.

Their Fedex shipping is really fast, just a couple of days from South Korea, just need to pass the threshold for free Fedex shipping, then even better. Awesome!
