Since more then 1 month not being able to login to my account. Even worse website not being able to see. Bitswapix.com is even not reachable. Has anyone else felling scammed?

Website closed. What happened. Can anybody have some information about it?

Bitswapix ran a crypto token presale and all of the sudden they disappeared from all social networks and their website was shut down. Now the money of presale buyers is completely gone. I hope that they will be brought to justice!

I have been scammed big time. Firstly
cannot withdraw funds. Second they want you to connect to your wallet (to rectify the error) via a link where you are asked to enter the seed phrase (ddapprectification.pages.dev). Deposited USDT one time and worked fine (lured to gain my trust). Deposited USDT second time to the same address/network and no money arrived. It shows in the Explorer but has not been credited.
Sent several email to the only help contact available with no answer. I then chatted on the "Official" Telegram channel called "BitSwap Official Community Support" and the support guy aka "Tom Richards" explains there was a server update, sends me a link to a not so well done platform where I would need to connect my wallet using the seed phrase so that my funds can be released. To make sure is a scam 100%, I made up a fictional "Digit Wallet" with an icon taken from the internet saying my wallet was not in the list. In few seconds the "Digit Wallet" was added to the list! Stay away from Bitswapix.com.

Overall everything is perfect, fast support responce, good rates

all good, had an issue with the account and Bitpanda were fast to respond & solve the issue. All works now.
