Significant Delay in Fund Transfer and Lack of Communication
I have had a very negative experience with Bitstack regarding the execution of a deposit of my funds. According to their team, the estimated timeframe for the transfer was 5 days, but 12 business days have now passed and the funds have still not been credited to my account.
During this time, I have only received generic responses stating that they are “investigating with their banking partner,” without any concrete information, real transparency, or a verifiable commitment to resolve the issue.
I have requested in writing on two occasions that my funds be reinstated and asked to speak with a responsible manager, without receiving any effective response. To date, no documentary proof has been provided that the transaction was actually sent to their banking partner, which creates a feeling of helplessness and lack of trust.
This delay has caused me direct financial losses and considerable emotional impact due to the uncertainty and the inability to access my own funds.
I hope that Bitstack takes immediate action to resolve this situation, provides clear and verifiable information about the transfer, and improves customer service to prevent other users from facing similar issues.

Let us clarify that Bitstack is a reputable French company, approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and used by more than 300,000 people.
When you sell Bitcoin on Bitstack, it is immediately converted into euros and a SEPA bank transfer is initiated to your bank account. The time it takes to receive the funds then depends on interbank processing, which can take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
A temporary delay has unfortunately extended this timeframe. This situation remains exceptional.

Everything great I didn’t try to sell yet but otherwise I’m happy about the progress since I started using it. The App is easy to use.
