Gave me the hardest time, approved my id verification then revoked it when it was time to cash out, out of 11 photos none of them were good enough until I had Google Gemini enhance the picture quality. Agent Hudson was polite, but overall useless, and Agent Grant was pretty decent and helpful. I did get redeemed, so I can't complain too much, but the experience definitely gave me some gray hairs.

After my verification was finally approved I tried to cash out my winnings & all of the sudden I'm not approved. Customer service is crap but the next day I tried to contact them again to check on my verification so I started the chat and sent a message and it said message not sent so I thought it was a mistake and sent a few more but they didn't go through either. What Made My Experience Great Was The Fact That The Cash Out Process Was Fast. The Company Is Doing Well For Having Good Agents With Great Customer Service.

I've tried to withdraw money seven times and not one time have I been able to get the money off of this damn Bitcoin that's not cool I'm not happy with that I'm trying to get now we'll see within 24 hours whether I ride another review saying that they doing better or whether I write another review saying that they're doing worse let's see what they do.

I made two deposits totaling $55 ($20 and $35) into my account on this platform, but I’ve encountered significant issues with their payout process, leading me to question their reliability.
After winning $185 on one of the games, I attempted to redeem my winnings, only to be prompted to verify my identity. I submitted three clear photos of myself and my ID, but the verification was denied, with the system claiming they were screenshots—which they were not. Over the next two days, I made 11 additional attempts, using my latest iPhone in bright lighting and with a new ID, before they finally approved the verification.
Once verified, I tried to withdraw funds, but the system indicated a withdrawal was already in process. Apparently, withdrawals are limited to once every 48 hours, with a maximum of $50 per request. I contacted support to cancel the pending withdrawal, and they assured me it would be handled, but explained that we had to wait for their third-party payment processor to complete the cancellation. Eight hours later, I’m still waiting and unable to cash out even my modest $50.
Overall, I’d rate this platform a -2 out of 10. While the website has an attractive design, the cumbersome verification, restrictive withdrawal policies, and poor customer support make the experience deeply frustrating and unreliable.

Now Im waiting on my withdrawal I normally get them pretty fast but my last one was really slow like 2 days.
