The Website itself is good. Also the process of Buying was great. Only Problem is that you can sell items without 2FA and your account can easily be hacked. That happened to me and i lost ~1.4k$. So... See more

the best skins website
I actually really like this website, it’s clean and easy to use - the prices are very good and they give you an honest discount price, and allow you to sort by price, discount etc etc…
I’ve used this one and skinport - both are the only websites I’ve used and to be honest I think bitskins is the best, so much cheaper then skinport and I really appreciate the website!
I’ve spent nearly £2000 with them and everything has been legit and proper!
Thanks!
PS:
when I say they’re the only websites I’ve used I mean they’re the only ones I’ve bought from - I’ve checked out other websites and none of them are better then bitskins!

This site is a scam
This site is a scam, avoid it. Before selling the item, there was no problem adding a VISA card. They also charged a $1 fee for this. After selling the item for $80, there was no option to withdraw the money to the previously added card, and it was impossible to add a new one. It's impossible to withdraw money from this site, and the cryptocurrency fees are high and not worth it.

KYC fraud
Once you submit everything needed for KYC (requirements are specifically written down on their website) they think up extra requirements and deny KYC anyway. I did the process twice, 2 times I was asked to add something extra. Not a trustworthy procedure at all.

High Fees and Misleading "Discounts"
Not the best, not the worst, but first I will mention the really bad parts about Bitskins:
- Sorting results by "Discounts" can be terribly misleading on Bitskins and I have accidentally overspent a few times because of this. You have to double check the Steam market price for everything and can not rely at all on the "Steam Market Price" that Bitskins shows for items. Sometimes it's correct, but often on the "best discounts" it's wildly wrong. If you buy one of these "80% Discounted Items", often it will be an item which is actually cheaper on Steam. This makes finding actual good deals very tedious, if you want to try flipping skins.
- 10% sales fee and 4% withdrawal fee which in total is no better than Steam Community market's 13-14% fee.
The site works, but it's kind of bad compared to competitors. One more benefit can be their tradebot system which makes it different from peer-to-peer (p2p) trading sites.
I have used Bitskins for many transactions, but now that I have a bit more experience with trading I can confidently say to avoid it. I deposited Litecoin to buy skins, sold a couple skins and withdrew some Litecoin. This all worked, but as I mentioned before the fees are disappointing.
It can take a long time to sell your skins at a decent price. It only goes quick if you sell at a high discount.
From what I've heard, Bitskins used to be relatively good, but now there is better competition around. People mostly prefer p2p sites now. 3rd party skin sites I would recommend instead: CSFloat.com and Haloskins.com both have higher volume (so you can sell skins faster) and lower fees 2-3%. Although keep in mind they are p2p sites which isn't necessarily worse, but different. You should understand the pros and cons between p2p vs. bot trading sites like Skinport and Bitskins.

Not secure site
Not secure site
This site is not secure someone can just access your account through their services happened to me and they lost 1600$ worth of items that were sitting in the bitskins inventory and just blame the user and hide behind policies and refuse to do anything about anything
If it isn't about selling items so they can get compensation don't bother reaching out to them for help

Hello,
I purchased an AWP (Buy ID: #14762147 ) and the withdraw status on my BitSkins inventory is still showing “Need Steam Guard”. I have confirmed:
My Steam Guard is enabled (Mobile Authenticator active).
Steam Inventory is Public.
My Steam account is not Limited.
Purchase not available in Trades active Trades history
Please confirm whether this item is queued and when it will be sent, or manually push the trade to my Steam account. I can provide screenshots if needed.
Thank you
Bitskins is 10/10
Bitskins is a very trustworthy platform, I genuinely recommend it to every CS player who is looking for a good trading/buying/selling site.
Customer service is also quick to reply, polite and helpful!
I do not recommend the site
I do not recommend the site, it deceives users, I registered, put up for sale 3 skins, one was sold and the money went to trade, the ban was supposed to end the next day, I go and see that the site throws out that your account was blocked due to violation of the terms, but I did not violate any terms, SCAM
Upd I wrote to support and they haven't responded for 3 days now.

Sold MW Polygon Moto Gloves $500 - Zero Hassle
Sold my gloves, withdrew in 20 minutes. Great Website.
Scam website
Scam website, sent a ticket to there official website twice. Same guy answered to both tickets and scammed me because I thought he was an admin since he replied off my ticket made to website and that his steam trade bot was in the stream group

You can add balance via binance pay
I added balance via binance pay which was crucial for me at the time
All the commissions are high
All the commissions are high, most of the prices are the same as Steam, why would I use this site if I can buy it on Steam?

Very good support
Very very good support. Small fee, and easy to use site. But no master card withdrawal, and a bit hard KYS. But I really recommended using bitskins.
Great Site But Too Much KYC
The Site is great and the support team is very quick and helpful. The downside is the quite lengthy KYC process. Id give 5 stars but the KYC process for lvl 2 was just too much of a hassle for it to be a "seamless" process. Besides the KYC the site is one of the OG marketplaces since csgo and have been reputable since day 1.
Safest site for sure, they can also store items!
Safest site for sure. Sometimes stuff gets stuck with bots, but Support is lightning fast.
Currently the best thing about them is that they can store items for you. Its been hell since the trade reversal update, but its does not effect BitSkins much. Prices are not the cheapest.
