What is happening to bitsane, support allowed me to.withdraw half of my funds and told me to wait 2days to get balance haven't gotten balance up till now

Terrible company. Attempted to submit my details for account verification and setup. Chased for 4 days and gave up.

They never reply to any comms and let you upload your details when they know they have issues with their systems but they only put this info on Twitter not on their website. They rarely reply to Twitter either and dont reply to emails. No messages on their site to say there are problems.

Considering digital currencies are meant to be fast, 4 days is a joke to setup an account. Ended up cancelling the account in the end.

Does anyone know any reputable companies for trading XRP as all the ones ive seen get 1 star ratings in the crypto market, even coinbase (which doesn't do Ripple).

It probably is 3 guys with a laptop that cant cope with the demand.
