Absolutely terrible. Endless waiting for payments and support responses. They are completely indifferent and do nothing when money goes missing. I’m closing my account and switching to Revolut.

I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with YourSafe. I initiated a money transfer (ACH transfer to US bank) 12 days ago, and the funds were deducted from my account immediately. However, the recipient never received the money. The transfer simply vanished.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times regarding this lost transaction, but I am being completely ignored. I have sent emails and filled out contact forms, yet there is total silence on their end, well only robot formal responds that my question was escalated to an appropriate team. Nothing else.

It is unacceptable for a financial service to hold onto client funds and then refuse to communicate. This feels like a scam. Avoid using this service if you don't want to lose your money

Trustpilot cannot be trusted. Yoursafe is Verotel and Verotel has 13 reviews and all of them are 1 star! So "Trustpilot" allows these horrendous companies to create a new name with new fake reviews. I have pointed this out to trustpilot and they don't care....I assume tp is paid for these fake reviews and fake second names.

Convenient, reliable fast!

My first card was not delivered after 2 months, but they made me another card and I had received it within a week. So I am glad! I am looking forward to make use of the debit card and that I can have great service like this one.

RUN!!! They don't even deserve one Star. This bank is ridiculously ridiculous. I'm so frustrated and feeling sick as I'm waiting for my money which I transferred over 11 days ago via ACH which they stated it takes a maximum of 5 days to clear.

I've been ghosted by the so called support team. I've sent endless emails and tried communicating through their live chat but no ine is replying.

Please don't use this bank if you care about your mental and general health or else you'll go crazy, especially if you are not of colour and not in their country.

They were very straightforward and kept communication lines open. Never ghosted me. Once I knew they were part of Verotel and had roots in the Dutch banking system, I knew it was legitimate.

Their service was excellent. They were understanding and didn't ask too many questions. I explained the problem to them and it was fixed immediately.
