Highly recommend

Building a Unifi based network at home and BITSmart had everything I needed, Clarence responded quickly to emails, price matched where I found an item cheaper online (which was rare), and they got items to me super fast. Highly recommend them, I’ve used them for three orders so far and will use again.

Very little communications about the…

Very little communications about the delivery but it was delivered quickly. The biggest issue was that the package was left at the front gate where it was accessible to all. Luckily a neighbor found it.

A dispatch email was sent to your nominated email address on 10 March at 3:46 pm. This email included your StarTrack tracking number and a link to the tracking status page. You can also view the tracking details using the link on your order details page in the account section. StarTrack delivered the parcel within 2 days.
