So I ordered a 35$ valorant giftcard IT DID NOT work and said it had been redeemed already I provided proof it was not me through my valorant transaction history on my account and they continued to ignore my emails / be unhelpful its now been a week if not longer and they just stopped replying and act as if its MY fault actually ridiculous im a first time buyer and id never recommend this to anyone after the "support" i have recieved

I reviewed the ticket you opened with our support team & see that the provider who gets the codes directly from Valorant, confirmed the code was used 5 minutes after it was purchased. Working with our provider can take several days, which our team communicated could be the case. Knowing this, we provide an update daily so customers know where we are at in the process. Again, we're sorry you did not have a good experience & hope that you'll shop with us again.

Very fast and simple process. Only problem was finding the right region for my purchase of PlayStation store credit. I ended up on the USD section and a it was not a seamless process to find the correct region for playstation credit. But that said, VERY SATISFIED.
