Bitplay is starting their same bs tactics they starting to put withdraws onhold again right when i started to win they put my withdraws onhold first i was told its because of overcrowding next day different agent told me its being reviewed everytime i ask about my money its a different reason to why they hold my money as long as players sending them money they have no problem the second someone starts winning all the bs starts people beware of bitplay they have bogus tactics when it comes to requesting withdraws they will lie and give many different reasons to hold your withdraws they do this hoping you continue playing instead of waiting to receive your money becareful when playing here because trust me there will be a time when they try to cheat you they have other platforms like Gemini and betonline where i never had a problem on these platforms

I am new to those and not sure what I did. I thought this money transferred from the Bitcon to my bank account. I’m not sure where the funds went. How do I correct this to get my money to my bank account

Bitplay.ag is not licensed, regulated, or Fair to its players. They like to pretend to be nice but they are shady in reality. I have many videos of instances where I want money on games and then when pressing the button to return to the lobby the money disappeared. This has happened five or six times and I have lost thousands of dollars that I won just by pressing the button to return to the lobby. I have video of this and when I spoke with customer service and created a support they told me multiple different reasons why the money disappeared. One time they said my balance was just a glitch and I shouldn't have had that much money which is a lie because I have video winning it. Another time they told me I never won the money at all, then the have also told me that I won the money and spent it which is a lie as well. I have played here for a few years and didn't have a problem but then when I started winning a lot they started giving me problems. I literally have a screenshot of their customer service telling me that my balance is too high and it needs to be regulated so they wouldn't let me withdraw. If your total amount of winnings starts to get close to the total amount you have deposited for all time playing on their website then they will start treating you differently and stealing from you to keep your total amount of winnings lower than your total amount of deposits so that they don't actually lose any money even if they cash you out they will still be ahead in the long run. Like I said I have screen recording videos and screenshots of gameplay and speaking with customer service for anyone who wants to see them. If you don't believe me then go talk to customer service and ask them yourself to see what they say. If you tell them you were cheated they will become defensive and talk trash to you. I'm just a regular person that likes to play online slots and I used bitplay.ag because they had decent deposit bonuses ( that was just too lure people in) but now they told me that they are only going to give 10% deposit bonuses from now on as of September 9th 2024 so I guess there's no reason to play here anymore.

I had an issue with making a deposit, not realizing I was using an expired bonus code. When I contacted customer service, Edward, the customer service agent was extremely helpful. I've never had a bad experience with them and really enjoy Bitplay.

If you want to make a big deposit so you can bet bigger… like $400 deposit. The casino only allows you to cash out $200. I don’t think they realize they cannot refuse to allow players to withdrawal the entire amount of their deposit with no restrictions. This is NOT legal at all!

They claim to be licensed but won’t provide licensing info. They made you verify your account when you sign up. Photo holding id and all front and back of id. Then the make you do it again if u ever have a withdrawal. The difference is they won’t approve it. I sent about 10 different photos holding my ID and no matter how perfect I think it is they decline it and find something wrong. This is intentional. There is no reason to do this to players at sign up and again every time they want to cash out. It is a shady way to delay payouts or continue to decline them and never pay you anything which seems like what they are trying to do.

Read the terms and conditions it literally says if you even try to withdrawal less than half of your total deposits you can expect to have all withdrawal be placed on hold so they can reverify you and come up with a zillion reasons why every photo you submit won’t work. I have sent 10 photos and now they can’t find anything blurry or not enough arm showing so they say photo shop lol. I can easily provide meta data on a photo to prove if a photo is original. I offered to send it to them. Actually they can get it right off the photo

Horrible platform they are scammers will not pay out do not attempt

Been playing bitplay for 2 years now. My husband and I both withdrew our winnings and they have our withdrawals on hold and will NOT release our funds! SCAMMERS

How the mighty have fallen. I gamed with them for over 2 years, but for the last 3-4 months I have had nothing but issues with Bitplay. Every single withdrawal request I send in is immediately put on hold, feeding me lies and telling me that gameplay is being investigated for irregularities. Then Bitplay will proceed to leave any and all of my withdrawal requests on hold. I've currently been waiting for 3 weeks people on a $25, withdrawal. After getting screwed on bigger amounts, I thought, let's try something smaller, but like another reviewer posted, seems like they're out of money and can't pay any of their withdrawals. I mean I'm talking about $25 dollars. That's absolutely pathetic. All of the customer support reps feed me lies and bs. Seems like, with all of the other negative reviews this one is due to close soon. Shame they mismanaged their business so poorly. $25 I can't get paid, be better next time you bunch of liars and thieves.

I would like to start with, I have been a customer of Bit Play for at least 2 years. I have never been treated so poorly by them or had such shady things occur.

4 days ago I requested a cash out of $150. It's been awhile since I won so they asked for photo verification of my identity which I provided and they approved. But .. they still have not issued my withdrawal. The status is "on hold" and every agent blows me off and tells me to wait. This is obvious bullcrap and they are intentionally not paying me ... theives and liars. Do not waste your money here!

Do not play with them for the last month out of Bitplay win777 and bitofgold they have ran out of funds and been making up excuses to customers saying they withdrawl is on hold when I worked for all three companies and the truth is they are out of funds DO NOT I REPEAT SEND ANY FUNDS TO ANY OF THESE SITES FOR THEY ARE DUE TO CLOSE WIRH KEEPING ALL YOU GUYS WINNINGS.
