Blocked account with crypto from mining pool
Good day to all, I have been mining for more than 3 years, I used this exchange to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat, I did not transfer anything except cryptocurrency from pools to this exchange. Today my account and all the funds on it were blocked, in support they told me that I had to go through verification, after passing the verification nothing was unlocked.
They stated that my transaction from the emcd pool was recognized by aml, and now the verification will take several weeks! I need to pay bills for electricity, in support they told me that they do not compensate for the freezing of funds. In the telegram channel of the exchange, I see that at this time (03/03/2023) a large number of people have the same problem. Be careful with this company, it's offshore, in case of a scam you won't get your money back.
