Good exchanger, fast transfers and fair draws

Hey- I did my trade and then transferred the XMR out to my other wallet. On the Send, it just said a very brief message saying "Sent" and no follow-up process as its sending it and I dont see any history showing that it was sent or where or any other details?

All the money i'd like to invest dissappeared. I've spend somelike 500$ and the manager couldn't answer me where had i spend it. You know, i'm somelike dissapointed.

As soon as I funded my account with 1.5 XMR and wanted to make an exchange, my account was blocked without explanation.
I see that my case is not unique.
They just steal their customers' money.

For those that are interested in buying or selling on this P2P exchange I hope you read this first - this could save you allot of money.
I am P2P trader with millions of dollars in vollume across a wide array for crypto exchanges and I can say without a doubt that Bitpapa is beyond terrible.
I am writing this now as my account has been suspended after registering on the website not 2 days ago and with all my funds on it. You heard that right. They have locked me out of my account, preventing me from accessing my funds. Why you may ask? NOTHING. I have not traded with a single user. I have done nothing but, sign up, KYC, fund my wallet with thousands of dollars worth of bitcoin, then I get a nice email saying that my account is suspended. I try log in but I cannot.

If you are still insist in signing up to the exchange let me tell you more.
When I signed up, the first thing I did was add funds to the exchange. These funds were IMMEDIATELY frozen because their "genius" team of analysts said that my funds were risky. These funds came directly from OKX's spot exchange of which their was ample proof of this. I sent them proof of this, and they finally unfroze my funds. When it came to KYC, I had to provide a phone number to get an OTP text. Simply and standard right? Wrong. I put in my number. Nothing. I put in a number from another country. Nothing. I change browsers. Nothing. I complain to customer support. Nothing. Eventually they manually overide their system to allow my to use the website, but it was a pain in the ass. Then the KYC stuff came and it was exclusively in Russian. There was no option to change it into another language. So I had to translate every step of the way, having to restart the process multiple times. Then I tried to get some offers going. I put them up but they simply wouldn't appear. I ask customer support what's wrong. They simply say there aren't enough funds on there. But there are thousands of dollars on there. Eventually the problem is fixed. But the point is, every single thing, no matter how basic on this website is completely buggy. Without customer support holding me by the hand every step of the way, I would have had no way of simply signing up to the exchange.

All of this could have been forgiven if not for what just happened now. I have barely gotten started using the exchange, and for NO REASON they suspend my account and STEAL MY FUNDS. I have been on many crypto exchanges and they never do this. Even if you had an account suspended, you would never be prevented from accessing your funds. This is THEFT.

The one thing that Bitpapa has done right is that they are legally registered company and are able to be held accountable to the maximum extent of the law that they reside in and I have every intent of roasting them over spit, legally speaking, for stealing customers funds.

If Bitpapa does not unsuspend my account and release my funds, I am going to ensure that as a well connected P2P trader and social media influencer that AS MANY PEOPLE AS CAN BE REACHED NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM SO THAT IT DIES AWAY. AND I will pursuit legal means to retract my funds.

Bitpapa is indeed the greatest crypto community I have ever encountered thank you Bitpapa and congratulations to me for getting the opportunity to be one of the Bitpapa users.

I have just deleted my account on bitpapa a few minutes ago after loosing 5000 rubles to a seller on the platform, the payment method is SBP and i used SBP to send the money to his tinkoff account which is the seller's default SBP account, after sending the receipt to the seller, he told me that i should have sent it to another account that he owned instead of tinkoff. i asked the seller to then refund my money from his tinkoff so that i can resend it to the bank of his choice but he never did. I contacted tinkoff and they said that only the recipient which is the seller can authorize a refund of this money, but the seller didn't want to return the money or release USDT because he was sure that he could steal the 5000 rubles and bitpapa will release the USDT back too him as well which they did anyway. Bitpapa helps scam traders facilitate scam by tricking buyers into loosing their money. i disputed the trade, sent payment receipt but bitpapa canceled the trade and i lost both 5000 rubles and the 53USDT to the seller.

I regret ever joining this platform, i never had a single negative experience during the 6 year plus of trading on binance until sanctions and ban stopped Russians, Nigerians from binance.

Your chances of loosing money on bitpapa is at least 90% be careful. they have stolen 5000 rubles that was meant to help a sick child who is still in the hospital and i have no more to send.

Note that the arbitrator of the dispute didn't ask any question or tried to investigate, they just canceled the trade 25 hours after i disputed the trade and during this 25 hours, i didn't get any response to the dispute.

Brilliant, this company has been in the position of honest all the time it's very legit and past active, they are not only providing services to the people but given them many chances to win different prize set occasionally.
