bitit is not one of the top crypto trading platform . it is the number 1 platform for trading crypto smoothly and easily . not like other shi*ty websites . its too easy even a kid can buy and sale crypto . and the most important thing is their customer service . they are ready to help u 24/7 . whenever i have faced any issue i have been helped out within 1 hour . yes i did said 1 hour.

I am reallyy amazed by bitit.io service, I wanted to delete the account because I had to change the country. But the support team contacted me with a better solution and in like no time I am all set. I personally tested other exchanges no one have the speed and service of bitit.io
I would like to request from the BITIT team if they can implement a IOS/ANDROID app for mobile

they are time waster
they are time waster, to get verify is like going to war zone, it takes like 2 months before the eventually verified me, they will keep rejecting your ID without no reason, they may say it not clear (scanned copy for that matter) they may say your selfies is clear (even with hd camera) they verify me after surfer me like 2 months, after they verify me, only for them to told me "my account cannot buy bitcoin" i mailed their customer care the reason i cant buy bitcoin, and they replied "they didn't have reason, they may desire to sell or not" they are totally time waster, people should beware of them, they will waste your time and energy.
In response to your bellow reply: that means your verification process is useless in the first place, for you to verified a user, and still doubting he's or hers authentication, that means your verification is useless
