Never again. They sent the torn cat litter box. It spilled everywhere. When we were in front of our house, sand was flowing all over the outer box. I sent them the pictures but they didn't even respond and completely ignored my complaint.

We are small Cattery, so we place orders every week for our cats and kittens, very often we trays of cats food damaged,espacjaly Animondavon feinstein, complany is lying to costumers about loyalty program, it was allready few times we didn't get all stamps for the order, paid over 125 and got only 4 insted of 5, delivery is very long, never on time, even i am home, i find parcels by the front door, for sombody so difficult to use the door bell.
No delivery choice and no support response
Ordered a large (20kg) cat food delivery and my first disappoint came from the fact you can not specify delivery location on bitiba (e.g to a pakkeshop). They attempted home delivery but missed me as I work in an office.
The delivery was sent to Ballerup, whilst I live in Frederiksberg.
When I picked up the delivery, which cost me a train fare of 80kr, some of the cat food pouches had split and leaked.
I have reached out to Bitiba on their online form, but not received a response for weeks.
I ordered 2 identical items
I ordered 2 identical items, the next day i was informed the delivery was delayed due to "high demand".
I rang to cancel the order, I was told I had to wait until I received my order then return it for a refund ... but ... you haven't even sent it yet ? I was told, It's our policy .
Today i recieve an email saying 1 piece of my order has been Registered with post nord, delivery date unknown... never again will I use this compant

That reason as my cats need prescription food which I get fortnightly wen I get paid and it usually comes just before the other bag runs out. They've really really gone down hill now! Twice now my prescription food has been delayed 1st time I rang up and it was 2 days late(would have been longer if I didn't call) my cats had diarhea without it but quickly went back to normal this time I orderd Wednesday its now Saturday and am told they can't even process the order till Monday which would make it mid week next week I'm furious my cats have been throwing up left right and centre and diarhea without it!! I'll be going back to my old company. Its easier if people can drive and get to a vet but for people who don't drive and have health problems and rely on these services for heir animals health!! I'm discusted. If it was normal cat food I wouldn't be as fed up but it's prescription for a reason!!!! To make it worse the customer service woman was raising her voice at me as if it was my fault!! Absolutely discusting. Its animals lives your messing with!! My old cat almost died a few years back and was told only to ever use this prescription food otherwise he would get very poorly again if he end it back at the vet I'll be so so angry he's suffering now because of their incomitance

Disgusting service
Ordered several items from them and received only 1 item, which arrived in a box, that looked like somebody had been using it as a football.
Contacted Bitiba and was basically called a liar, as they stated all items have been delivered.
We've been using this company for years, but after this last experience we'll be spending our money somewhere, where the customer service is less insulting.

4 days No Email Confirmation after Purchase made
I spent a good amount of time searching for the items I need on their website, putting it in my cart -- moving through the checkout process.
That was 4 days ago. I have confirmation that I paid via my bank account but still have no email confirmation from them. I feel like I have just been scammed -- is this even a real website? 😳
