Bithoster.com are Scammers, they will steal your money

I had a horrible experience with these thieves and scammers. I deposited
0.651748sol coins and made my first withdrawal of $106. Now here is where they trap me, on the same day, I deposited two more coins in higher amount of 1.247132sol and 1.970100sol. I decide to withdraw both of two transactions out of Bithoster.com to Bybit.com. The 1.970100 sol (209.79 USDT) did not go thru, and I reached out to both Bybit.com and Bithoster.com for this transaction. Bybit responded quickly that they haven’t receive it and If I’m sure of it, I should send them the TXID and Blockchain URL for this transaction of 209.79 USDT when seen they will fund my wallet. Bithoster.com displayed a completed transaction on their website when I have not seen the payment. Bithost.com said they will send me the TXID and Blockchain URL for this transaction of 209.79 USDT in 30days time. Can u imagine that? Till date I have not received the payment nor the the TXID and Blockchain URL for this transaction of 209.79 USDT

Another withdrawal problem I have is my withdrawal refusal for the second transaction 1.247132sol (329.66 USDT). Bithost.com insist I must deposit an additional 150$ first for them to release my 329.66USDT. After completing my KYC and it was not mentioned in their terms and condition, this is crazy and a scam. Here is my conversation with them:

You:
I need the TXID/Blockchain URL for this transaction of 209.79 USDT to "0xe88cbad24ce1ab8692625fcedfa1644e41c34712
(Note: their response time is 3hrs+ to forever)

Support:
Hello, it will take me some time to clarify the information

You:
Like every other platform, it should be available on my transaction history and I dont need to ask for it. Pls get it for me

You:
It is taking too long for you to get my transaction TXID and Blockchain URL

You:
Hello, why is this taking too long? I need both the TXID and Blockchain URL for this transaction of 209.79 USDT to "0xe88cbad24ce1ab8692625fcedfa1644e41c34712.

Support:
Due to the fact that you have a new account, you must confirm the address of the wallet to which you plan to withdraw funds. To do this, fund your account with exactly 150 USDT from the wallet to which you are going to withdraw funds in the future. After verification, you will be able to fully withdraw funds from the wallet

You
The exchange uses cold wallets and crypto-encryption, your request will be processed and provided with Txid no later than 30 days from the date of the request transaction id.

You:
You will provide my Txid no later than 30 days from the date of the request transaction id? Is this a joke? Where in your terms and agreement did mentioned this? Like every other crypto platform, TXID and Blockchain URL is available on transaction history and I dont need to ask you for it. Pls get both my TXID and Blockchain URL and send it via by registered email.
